Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Miniwright collects through its website (miniwright.com), app, and services (the "Service"), and how we use and protect it. The Service is operated under the trading name "Miniwright" ("we", "us") as a sole proprietorship based in Israel, who is the data controller for the information described here. The operator's legal identity and contact details are available on request by emailing the address below. For purchases, our payment processor PayPal acts as a separate, independent controller of your payment data (see below).

Information we collect

• Account & contact details: the email address you use to create an account.
• Content you submit: the images and text prompts you upload to generate models, and the 3D models generated from them.
• Usage data: basic, aggregate information about how the Service is used, including via a cookieless analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not use cookies, fingerprint you, or track you across sites.
• Payment information: when you buy credits or a subscription, payment is handled by PayPal. We receive limited transaction details (such as the confirmation, amount, and a payer reference) but we do not receive or store your full card number or bank details.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service: generating, storing, and delivering your models.
• To create and manage your account and process your purchases.
• To contact you about your account and product updates.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the Service is used so we can improve it.
• To keep the Service secure and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers we share data with

We rely on the following providers, who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers, under their own terms:

• Google: AI image processing and generation (the model behind our pipeline) for the Inputs you submit, and cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud) that hosts the Service.
• Tripo: 3D model generation from your processed Inputs.
• Cloudflare: object storage (R2) for your models and renders, DNS, and privacy-friendly analytics.
• PayPal: payment processing, as an independent data controller of your payment data. See the PayPal Privacy Statement.

We only share what each provider needs to perform its function. We do not use your private Inputs or Outputs to train our own or others' models for unrelated purposes.

Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. We retain the models you generate so you can access them; some intermediate and cached files are deleted automatically after a short period and regenerated on demand. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

International transfers

We are based in Israel and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the EU. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@miniwright.com. We'll honor reasonable requests promptly. For payment data, you can also contact PayPal directly as the controller of that data.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
