Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Miniwright website at miniwright.com, the Miniwright application, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated under the trading name "Miniwright" ("we", "us") as a sole proprietorship based in Israel; the operator's legal and registration details are available on request. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Miniwright does
Miniwright is a software service that turns your drawings and photos into
3D-printable miniatures. You sketch a character in the browser or upload a
photo, and the Service reconstructs it as a 3D model, prepares it for
printing, and gives you downloadable files (such as .stl and
.3mf, plus a .glb preview) suitable for resin or
FDM printing, tabletop games, and design.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy paid products. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Credits, pricing & billing
The Service uses credits, which you can buy as one-time packs or receive as part of a subscription plan. Credits are consumed when you generate models. Prices and credit amounts are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
Miniwright is the seller of record for your purchase. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we never see or store your full card or bank details. Displayed prices state whether tax is included; where we are required to collect sales tax or VAT, it is shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account's Billing page, and your plan stays usable until the end of the paid period. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload, or generate models from, any image or content you do not own or have permission to use, including third-party copyrighted characters, logos, or designs;
- generate a likeness of a real, identifiable person without their consent, or create deepfakes or content intended to impersonate or deceive;
- produce content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or harm;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying providers; or
- resell or redistribute access to the Service without our permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may remove content that does.
Your content & the models you generate
You keep ownership of the images and prompts you submit ("Inputs"). You grant us a limited license to store and process your Inputs, including sending them to the third-party AI providers we use, solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
As between you and Miniwright, you own the 3D models you generate ("Outputs"), provided you had the rights to the Inputs used to create them. You are responsible for how you use your Outputs. Because the Service relies on generative AI, Outputs may be imperfect and similar Inputs may produce similar results for other users; we do not guarantee that Outputs are unique or free of third-party rights.
Third-party providers
The Service depends on third-party providers for AI generation, storage, and payments (see our Privacy Policy for the current list). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations of those providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service.
Intellectual property
The Miniwright name, website, software, catalog artwork, and example renders are owned by Miniwright and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except as needed to use the Service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miniwright will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts of Israel will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
