Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid Miniwright products: credit packs and subscription plans. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Who you buy from

Miniwright is the seller of record for your purchase. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; refunds are issued to your original payment method through PayPal. Where we are required to collect sales tax or VAT, it is shown at checkout.

Credit packs (one-time purchases)

• Unused credits: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the credits in that pack are unused, for example after an accidental or duplicate purchase.
• Used credits: credits that have already been spent to generate a model are non-refundable, because real third-party generation costs are incurred at the moment you generate. If a pack is only partly used, we may refund the unused portion at our discretion.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime: you can cancel from your account's Billing page ("Cancel subscription"). Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and any remaining credits for that period stay usable until then. Subscriptions do not renew after cancellation.
• No proration: we don't refund the unused part of a billing period after it has started, except where the law requires it.
• Renewals: if a renewal charges you and you have not used any of the credits included with that new period, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date.

Failed or defective generations

If a generation fails because of a technical fault on our side, the credits it held are released back to you automatically, and you can retry it for free from the model page, as many times as needed. If a charge sticks by mistake, we will re-credit or refund it.

If a generation completes but you do not like the result, use the free do-overs first: we currently include up to three free re-rolls or revisions per model, and where a concept preview applies you also get free preview re-rolls before the model is built. AI generation is inherently variable, so a result you simply do not like is not by itself a defect. If something is genuinely broken, contact us and we will make it right.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you have under the law that applies to you. Consumers in the EU, UK, and other regions may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase (often within 14 days). Because Miniwright delivers digital content immediately, you may be asked to consent to immediate delivery at checkout, which can affect that withdrawal right once generation has begun. We honor all such mandatory rights regardless of the terms above.

How to request a refund

Email hello@miniwright.com with the email address used at checkout and your PayPal transaction ID (from your PayPal receipt). We aim to respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are issued through PayPal and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks.
